Software Services Agreement for PlugUp
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of software solutions provided by PlugUp, including custom mobile applications, data dashboards, KPI systems, and related technology services. By using PlugUp’s services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Business Use
PlugUp provides services strictly for business and professional use. You confirm that you are acting on behalf of a registered business or organisation.
3. Account Registration & Access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and for managing authorised users who access PlugUp-built applications or dashboards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
4. Scope of Services
The scope of work, features, timelines, and deliverables are defined in project proposals, statements of work, or service agreements agreed upon between PlugUp and the client.
5. Fees & Payment Terms
Fees, payment schedules, and billing terms are agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any project. PlugUp does not process third-party transactions unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate data, timely feedback, system access, and business requirements necessary for the successful delivery of software solutions.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights in custom-developed software remain with PlugUp until full payment is received, after which usage rights are granted as defined in the applicable agreement.
8. Availability & Support
While PlugUp strives for reliable systems, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, or third-party service interruptions may occur.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlugUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
10. Communication
By engaging PlugUp, you consent to receiving service-related communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app notifications.
